For De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, DZAP has completed a pilot-project on the 14th floor of The Rock on the Zuidas. De Brauw needed extra space for meetings. As all 11 office floors are completely filled, the extra space was found in the middle zones. A good reason to design a super-efficient interior for these zones. Starting with the 14th!
DZAP created a new lay out with several meeting facilities and flexible workstations where employees have the opportunity to work or meet in different settings.
Unlike the rather dark and masculine interior of the existing work floors the middle zone is open and has a light look and feel executed with the same high quality standards as the rest of the office.
With the pilot at the 14th floor, De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek could experience whether this concept would be successful. The response to the new interior was overall very positive, so De Brauw decided to copy the concept to all floors.
