KPMG Meijburg & Co called for our help to make their entrance, meeting center and hall of their office warmer and more accessible. We were challenged to take away the frigid atmosphere and make better use of the large, open spaces. There also was a need for sheltered zones where you can work pleasantly or consult informally.

The corridor of the meeting center was ‘boxy’ in the old situation. In our design, we have ensured that the experience of space becomes more dynamic. For example, the walls of the meeting rooms are now cut diagonally, while the suspended ceiling and floor runs (straight) through. In this way we have blurred the boundary between the corridor and the meeting rooms.

We have created a warm atmosphere by using different materials and organic forms. The applied furniture, the use of color and the designer lighting make the design a stylish but homely whole. The new reception has become a real eye-catcher. The entrance at KPMG Meijburg & Co is now accessible and welcoming. A place where you love to come and work.
