Listed company SBM Offshore moved its worldwide headquarters from Monaco to The Base, at Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport. Within a short space of time, DZAP designed an entire interior and executed it as main contractor. The result: a contemporary, open and bright office with elements clearly evoking aspects of the offshore industry. The interior has private offices on one side and open spaces on the other. And for intensive communication with international contacts, there is a full-fledged meeting centre, equipped with high-tech multimedia facilities.
