The request: develop a new, representative office on Cyprus with a Northern European look & feel. The challenge: carry out the project in a building in dire need of a serious upgrade, working with a Cypriot architect. To pull it off, DZAP started by visiting the location in order to draft an action plan. The Cypriot architect handled the constructional modifications, and DZAP did the rest. Virtually the entire interior – industrial, rugged and full of allusions to the world of shipping – was made in the Netherlands in components, and shipped to Cyprus by container. These were then assembled by the Dutch work crews on location, under 24/7 supervision by a DZAP project manager.
